How dumb do you have to be to answer 8% for a question that specifies 11% in the text of the question? It looks like they didn't even bother to read the question.
Thank you some much for calling 'a cheater a cheater.' I am so ticked when students cheat, but in the schools I have subbed the teachers turn the other cheek.
